Our tiny bees Gardeners skin saviour tin

By now I think it is quite clear that I love a brand who loves bees and I love a brand who champions the use of honey and beeswax as skincare ingredients, so it will come as no surprise when I tell you I am loving Our Tiny Bees a brand who make handmade skincare, body care and candles with precious beeswax and honey. Everything made by our tiny bees has a short and simple ingredients list full of the good stuff, you will find natural butters and oils and no water, again something else I love in a brand because it means it is very pure, no preservatives or any ingredients that are questionable. Our tiny bees put a lot of attention to detail in to being eco-friendly and reuse packaging where possible as well as using recyclable containers.

I have mentioned the Honey whipped skin cream and the Bath melt previously but today I have the Gardeners Dream Team Tin* (£14.95) to share with you. What I loved about this cute little tin was that it would make an ideal gift, it is very unisex in both the packaging and the products so great for men or women and the selection of products you is great value for money. Inside the aluminium tin you get a Lavender hand balm (45 grams), a honey lip balm (15 grams) and a honey and oat soap. After I had enjoyed the whipped skin cream so much I had high hopes for the rest of the skincare range and it doesn't disappoint, the hand balm is rich but also quite light and easily absorbed it's perfect for nails and cuticles and leaves the skin very soft and smooth. With honey, beeswax, olive oil, rosehip oil and scented with lavender oil it is no wonder this balm is effective it has every thing hands need to stay beautiful even after a long day gardening. The lip balm is delicious with honey, beeswax and almond oil a nice and simple but effective ingredients list, it smells beautiful pure honey and has a matte but comfortable finish. This lip balm reminds me a lot of Nuxe rev de miel but with much cleaner ingredients and a much more affordable price point, all in all as far as dupes go I think this is better than the much hyped Nuxe, I really really love it. Finally the beautiful Honey and oat soap, the soap has real oats in the formula which gently exfoliate, the scent comes from the sweetness of the honey it's lovely and nourishing this is great if hand soap normally irritates your hands as this will leave them clean but not stripped, unusually for me I didn't need hand cream straight after using this which is an added bonus.
