Eight ways to have a more conscious holiday season
This time of year is full of hustle, bustle and stress as well as joy and for some sadness. Whilst I love time spent with loved ones, the joy on my sons face on Christmas morning and making memories, I do find the pace of the holiday season can make even those who live the most conscious of lives go a little off track.

New in: Youth to the People
When I posted a photo on instagram of this range that is freshly landed in the UK this month, it attracted it's fair share of nice comments and I have to say I do think it is a real crowd pleaser of a range. A Beautiful world has built a reputation on scouting out ranges that are a little different, and Youth to the People is in fact exclusive to them in the UK.

Gift ideas for Men

New in: Alchemy Organic super blends
Superfoods are nothing new in themselves, for the past few years a new food of the moment comes up pretty much every month. Whilst I am a firm believer in real, whole foods rather than fads, I also like the convenience of powders for adding extra nutrition to juices and smoothies.

Uma oils review
I have an extremely overdue review for you today, I have been testing these products from Uma oils since August now so am ready to weigh in and give my thoughts. Uma has developed a bit of a cult following, when they got in touch I had already seen several rave reviews on US based beauty blogs and the brand had landed at Cult Beauty in the UK, always a positive sign.

Pregnancy update: The first 16 weeks

Thank you so much to everyone who tweeted me congratulations and left me comments on Instagram and the blog, it has been a long first few weeks but we are thrilled as a family to be adding another little person in to the mix.

Believe Beauty breakfast cereal from Fushi
Can a cereal be beautifying? Whilst there is of course a strong link between what we eat and our skin I did initially struggle with the marketing of this Believe Beauty breakfast cereal* (£4.50 for 450 grams) by Fushi Wellbeing. However after trying the product regardless of it's beauty claims I have to say I think this is a fabulous and very tasty cereal.
